Zanzibar Gourmet at Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort

24.3.2018 we hosted a very special dinner of Zanzibar Gourmet. Several different chefs from participating hotels were invited to prepare a 7-course fine dining menu. The topic of this Gourmet was "Trick the Taste - Zanzibar Garden". Basically, vegan food prepared in a way that even meat lovers would enjoy it. During this night we also used a specially trained and unique style of "army waiters service" which was widely appreciated by the guests. We are glad that, once again, we have moved the standard of the island's gastronomy to another level.
