The Farm - from the seeds to the plates

For many people, the Zanzibar Sun is the reason to come. And we wanted to bring it to the plates of our clients. Welcome to our farm.

Fresh fruits, spices, herbs, and vegetables - everything is grown on our own fertile soil. 

Following the natural agriculture principles, the soil is a product of a waste recycling program.

From the seeds to the final crop, it is the local farmers, who are giving love and care to all plants. Watering it, trimming it, harvesting it. With great skills and true passion.

For our Chef, the freshest ingredients are the only way to go. Two hundred chickens, one hundred ducks, together with the fresh daily catch of the local fisherman are great sources of supply for our kitchen.

High-quality gastronomy is something truly essential for us. During special occasions, food can be prepared and served directly in the middle of our farm which is a true ‘creme de la creme’ experience.

Sharing the passion of local people, the beauty of nature, and the energy of the place with our clients is something meaningful to us and we love to do it.
